Title: Bachmann GE44 T (HO)
Post by: newho on September 05, 2010, 05:31:42 PM
I have an old Bachmann GE44 T (HO) 80017 who's motor bogie's have long since died.

Is it possible to fit the motor bogie from the new DCC ready 44T and how do you do it. I ask as my old 44Ton is a SP #1902 and I would like to run it again.

Many Thanks

john

It depends on if it has one or two motors.

May I suggest just swapping the shells with a newer one. Should be same tooling shell wise so the swap should be....as my old science teacher use to say....should be easy as pie.
