Can anyone tell me if you can get smaller then 11.25" curve pieces. if not, any other options to run it in a narrower area then 24".

If you go with a sectional track from someone other than Bachmann (like maybe Atlas) you can go down to 9.75" radius.

Or with flex track you could get down to even 8" radius, but the smaller the radius the greater the likelihood of derailments and problems with failing to negotiate curves and the less stuff you can run. If you stick to four axle diesels, trolleys, and 0-4-0s then you should be fine.
