Atlas Master DCC Diesel stopped running whilst on DC Mode on my layout.
Wiring by separate plugs to track,completely isolates DCC from DC ..
Tried loco on DCC mode but no mpvement.Roco Lolmaus #2 Manual suggests speed
steps wrong,so I corrected this but to no avail.My system is basic and only supports one
accessory,headlights,which work as per direction of controller.
Loco is 4yrs old and regularly used on my USA style 8x4 "Small Town" country
interchange.I have had similar problems with locos(my fault) and have always been able to follow manual and restart.I am a Septuagenarian,and not so smart on I.T. or
digital ,but still moving forward in this great hobby. Any suggestions welcome .
Better to ask on the Atlas DCC forum. Many Atlas locos have a jumper plug that must be moved to change between DC and DCC.
Thank you cmgn 9712. Whilst taking the body off to check the 2way DC/DCC plug I
put it on the track and it ran as normal ????? .
I will contact the Atlas Forum for info on the inbuilt decoder parameters.
