Title: cyber monday- any model train sites?
Post by: jettrainfan on November 25, 2010, 06:49:17 PM
Is there gonna be any model train sites like modeltrainstuff.com or hobbylinc.com that are gonna have special sales for cyber monday? I got the money for the 22 radius curves plus a little more but am saving up for a train show in medina next Sunday. Any info would be great!!!

Go to those two sites and check.
Other sites have been posted here since you have been a member. Always store a link in Favorites and see what is there. You never can tell when a stored link will be usefull.
I have maybe twenty on line store sites I have found when other posted sites in a forum.
Some have a email notification you can sign up with.
In the future, you will have links for others. Right now, I need nothing so have not been looking.

Jet I did see hobbylinc was having an extended sale . If you need 22" rad curves I'll send you some a full circle if you need . I think Ehobbies as well.

Happy Holidays

Rich, my mom gots one for modeltrainstuff but it just gives her the receipt and "please make sure your your items work..." and hobbylinc doesn't have one. I would join walthers but half the time the stuff I want is cheaper somewhere else.

Mf5117, if its the gray roadbed nickle silver, we might be able to do bussiness. Just E-mail me the info. Mr. Bachmann seems to get a bit upset about trading on the board.

Still open for info on online sales on monday

Jet:

Walthers is good site for reference start there you can usually use their stock numbers on any of the major sites (modeltrainstuff Toytrainheaven etc) BTW Both Walthers and Toytrainheaven have excellent knowledgeable helpful staff.  I pick there brains on the phone once in while.  Generally the other sites are cheaper then Walthers though.  Still I like getting the monthly flyer.
