We're running a Bachmann Steam Locomotive ("HO" USRA 0-6-0) and using Williams (by Bachmann) Smoke Fluid. We put 15 drops in the stack and ran it around the track at a fairly high rate of speed, then slowed it down, and slowed it down more, but nothing much happens... it smokes a little bit once or twice. The pamphlet/instructions don't give any information regarding how much smoke fluid, or what kind, to use.
Dear PC,
I don't know if the Williams fluid has a different viscosity, but the Service Department can supply vials of the regular fluid.
Happy Holidays!

You put way too much smoke fluid, the wrong smoke fluid (it is a different viscosity), and it does not usually work very well in the first place without you running the loco at full throttle for 5 minutes and maintaining full speed. If you use the smoke fluid intended for HO locos it should work much better.
