My name is david, recently a good friend of mine was going through his storage and found 2 train sets. 1 is opened in the box and the other is unopened (although the packaging does have some wear to it). so we decide to look them up to see what kind of price he could expect from them and we cannot find this set anywhere. maybe one of you can help.
this train set is a Buchmann Golden Eagle 100pc HO scale electric train set. (x2) item number 40-0330.

I believe one freight car in that set is worth about $8-$12, while all the rest of the set together is worth about $10-12.
