Hi friends: I bought a 2-10-0 Russian decapod DCC and sound and it´s impossible program any CV in the main track with my Digitrax Zephyr.

do you have suggestions

Digitrax recommends that ALL programing be done on a Program Track. Try it, I hope that helps.
