I need to set the Shay DCC on board back to default. I accidently reprogramed the loco number to 33. I operates but without lights, bell and whistle. I am not sure what I changed and don't have the means to read CV's. My cab is a prodigy express.

I use the NCE Power Cab. CV8 and enter 8. I then power down the cab and power up again.
