Title: Tsunami 2 10 2
Post by: cptsail on July 27, 2011, 06:02:36 PM
I'm having some trouble with pickup on my Tsunami 2-10-2 engine.  The rear truck does not pickup at all and as I understand it, the engine should make noise even if tender is not on track.  I'm not getting that.  Any suggestions concerning wiring issue, or might it be a decoder issue?  thanks

That should have been answered in the Trains.com Model Railroader forum. Go look.

Sounds like you may want to clean your track and wheels.

Actually the reverse is true you should have sound if the tender is on the track but not the engine,You might also wish to check and make sure one or both of the tender trucks are not reversed....
