What are the default settings for the CV's on this engine? It makes a lot of noise when the power is on. I am using the Prodigy DCC System.

It is much easier to just reset the decoder. If you are getting noise, there is another issue. More details please.

Put it on the program track and there were no CV's programmed. Making a grinding noise when the throttle is opened up.
