Title: Switches (turnouts)
Post by: dbowers on November 08, 2011, 12:18:33 PM
Whenever I program a new loco on my Dynamis DCC system the system
'forgets" the previously programmed switches(turnouts). Then if I reprogram all of the switches everything is fine. None of the previous loco programs are affected. Is this just the way it works or am I doing something wrong? I also note that when I press the numerical keys ( on the left of the panel of the Dynamis controller), the screen disply never just shows up as 0001, but as something like 0041 and I have to toggle thru w 0's to get to 0001 and activate that switch.??????? Am I doing something wrong, or has my Dyamis system been invaded by an alien or is this just the way the system works. Otherwise everthng is fine.

Hunt: I appreciate your interest. This is what make this hobby so much fun.
Answer #1. Yes
             #2.only one loco on track
#3.it doesn"t seem to make a difference which loco. Locos are Spectrum (#4

)& BLI Paragon(#2).
#4.10 turnouts. addressed w instructions per Bachmann package.

Thanks, D Bowers
