Title: Bachmann motorized turntables
Post by: Maverick1 on January 16, 2012, 02:43:17 PM
I purchased a Bachmann turntable about four months ago and it has been working great.  Yesterday only the main line coming into the turntable and the turning platform had power.  All the other sidings were dead and when the turning platform was lined up with one of these sidings it no longer had power.  Has anyone experienced anything like this and how did you fix it.  Thanks

The only remotely related problem I have encountered is where one or two sidings were not powering when the platform lined with them. There are metal tabs that contact each other to supply the power under the table. One tab on each was bent and had to be realigned. Check if maybe the wire going from your #4 track to platform is not loose or cut. That's about all I can think of, but do keep us posted on the outcome as someone else may have the same situation.
