Title: Bachmann Doodlebug
Post by: cjn413 on July 20, 2007, 12:15:50 AM
It's my understading that the Bachmann Doodlebug was based upon the CNW's Doodlebugs....so why is this not available in CNW?

The Bachmann gas-electric is based on a Pullman design, which many class one railroads operated. However as you may guess, many railroads asked for different window arrangement (smoker, Jim Crow, RPO, baggage, etc.). So you may be right on the CNW.

With UP relaxing their licensing to model railroading firm, maybe the CNW is in the works.
