If you could buy a kit to convert your HO scale Bachmann 3 truck Shay into a 2 truck Shay, would you be interested?

Absolutely. Though I would prefer the modified tender already included.

Still waiting on Bachmann to do a two truck shay.

Oh totally bro.

I've seen your website and love the way your two truck came out. I have a large collection of MDC 2 truck shays but would estimate that the one you made would be around 50 tons and provide a nice variety to the rather slim pickin's on the market now.
