What is the spacing between the two front axles of the 2-6-0 Mogul ( the sister locomotive to the American 4-4-0 )

On the road to the WGH in Salt Lake City.
It's in the 2.7- 2.8" area- I' ll measure next week when I get home.

I measure the spacing at exactly 2 & 3/4 inch.
