Title: powering 0-6-0 drivers

is it possible to attach a saddle tank underframe to a 0-6-0 locomotive for wired power? please help...

No. You can only have one frame and frames aren't interchangable just because the number of axles is the same.

Plus, I'm not at all sure what you are asking. Whether your loco is an 0-6-0 or an 0-6-0T, the drivers already pick up electricity. Perhaps you mean that you want six-wheel (both rails) pick up on an 0-6-0. I'm not sure that you don't already have six-wheel pick up on an 0-6-0, but even if you do not, you can't just add another frame. If you feel you need all-wheel pick up on your 0-6-0 and its tender, you may have to install wipers for any wheels which do not currently (no pun intended) collect power.

In the future, please try to include enough information with your questions so we can determine what you want to know. For just one example, I have no idea what you mean by "wired power."
