Title: 2-8-0 Roadnames
Post by: MilwaukeeRoadfan261 on March 19, 2012, 10:47:37 AM
Mr. Bach-Man,
Do you think it would be possible to bring back the Baldwin Locomotive Works paint scheme for the Baldwin 2-8-0 or a Milwaukee Road paint scheme? Or at least get a spare body shell and tender body shell in the Baldwin Locomotive Works scheme of the old Spectrum Model #11417 Baldwin Locomotive Works 2-8-0 #9700?

Dear Fan,
Anything's possible; I'll pass along your request.
Have fun!

I agree for Rock Island as I have one of the old Spectrum Rock Island 2-8-0's (the regular dcc-on board #2119). And I love it because I live in Minnesota and the Rock Island operated trains in and out of the depot owned by another of my favorite railroads, The Milwaukee Road.

I too wish I knew more about what engines ran but in the Minnesota area. Again, more likely something lie the bachmann 2-8-0 on branchlines or local freight runs or commuter trains or yard work.
