I just bought my first Loco 2-8-0 B&O #2788 item #84502.
WOW! this is AWESOME! How can i add sound to my other locos. They came in my Digital Command Deluxe Set #00501
EMD FT-A Loco (santa fe)
EMD GP40 Loco (sata fe)
If sound can be added what Bachmann parts do i need.
Also How old is that #84502 loco i bought. It wasn't in the v2011 or 2012 catalogue

Bachmann diesels can be difficult to add sound to. Usually require frame surgery to fit the speaker and maybe even the decoder. Some decoders are shrink wrapped and some are light board type.

The 84502 has probably been temporarily discontinued. I just checked the HO steamers and many are not available right now from what I can see.

Another awesome link to add to my favorites.
"Sounds like" no pun intended, the best rout my be to buy a new loco with sound already installed
