When will the new DCC equipped SD40-2 and GP38-2 in Norfolk Southern paint be released?

The GP-38s should be available now. I don't have info on the SD-40s yet.

Can I get the new GP38-2 in Union Pacific paint without a decoder, i.e. only the plug for installing my own decoder?

For now it is only available with DCC Sound on Board, but we'll consider DCC Ready for a future release.
