Title: Bachmann HO chinese steam locomotives

Hello can anyone here maybe answer why bachmann no longer makes the chines QJ, JS, and SY models?

I think it all boils down to,  can I sell 500 or 1,000 more unit in a given time.  Bachmann and all other companies must order in batches of maybe 1,000 or 2,000 units.

I see. Ive gotten interested in the models but they are hard to find and people who have them want to milk you for a lot of money. Luckily i own an SY but would like to add an QJ and JS but i guess I'm gonna have to really hunt.

Have you checked the Bachmann China site. They are still made, just no longer brought in by Bachmann USA, you can order through the Bachmann China site

That is true, i wish bachmann still imported them.
