Does Bachmann sell EZ track turnouts that are switched by hand?

Yes but its hard to find Hawthorne Village includes. them in their overpriced special sets. However all bachmann turnouts have a little switch on. the side for manual switching.

All of the EZ track remote powered switches have the little slide buttons on the side of the switches.

On EBay, there is a reseller called "The Favorite Spot".  He sells a crapload of Bachmann products at very good auction prices and has extremely good deals on combined shipping.  I purchased a packaged bundle of Bachman track which included several straight sections, a full circle of 18" curved and a turnout which was totally manual.  So they are out there, but I don't know if they are for sale individually.  Check there, they may sell them individually as they do break up sets and sell the parts or just look for one of the bundles.
