What is a quik-clik connector?  Is it a device to attach the power feed wires to the track?

If it is, you can eliminate it by soldering the feed wires directly to the rail.  If you do not want to do that, you could solder them to the underside of the rail joiners, but the connection will not be as good.

You do not want to wind up with a blob of solder, or apply too much heat and melt your ties.  I suggest using a small pencil-type iron rather than a soldering gun.  If you have no experience with this, I suggest you practice on some scrap rail and wire first.  It is not hard to get the hang of it.
