I have a Spectrum SD-45 (Decoder removed and jumpers set in for straight DC operations).
Neither headlight LED will burn. I have connected them to the spots marked LED 1 and LED 3. But neiter these nor the LED 2 connection is under power when I hold my voltmeter to them. Is there anything I overlooked when removing the DCC unit?
