On DCC engines you can speed match the locos. There are several ways to do this. I suggest Googleing speed matching dcc loco's. CV2 is the start voltage, CV3  is acceleration, CV4 deceleration. You can slow the fast loco or speed up  the slow one. Joe

A quick way to slow the acceleration  rate  of the  'FAST' loco is  use a  higher  value in CV3  try  25 then  if that is too slow  go  to a lower  number  or if still to  fast  try a higher number!

Just as a matter of interest  set CV 3  to 255 ( the Maximum Value)  then  try  the  loco  you will probably have  time to make  a coffee  before it  speeds up!!
