I see that Bachmann has a new and improved Doodlebug. I used to have the older version but sold it because it was too noisy. Does anyone have any experience with the newer version? Is it better and worth investing in? The trailing NYC coach looks great!
The new doodlebug is a good runner. Bachpersonn improved the aft coupler and the wheelsets. It is quieter than the old one, but it is still not the most quiet thing on the track. I like the new choice of road names, as well. It appears that they made improvements even on the lettering.
I like the old doodlebugs, but would recommend the new ones to anyone. They are a bit pricey, though.
