Title: bay window cabeese

Have decided to scratchbuild a wooden bay window caboose.  No, I don 't know of a prpototype ever existed, hence this post.  Any info would be grealy appreciated.

I'm not near my reference materials, but I'm pretty sure the B&O had some wooden bay-windows that were rebuilt from old box cars and stock cars during WWII.  The B&O caboose book would provide relevant details.

Here is a picture and information on one of the B&Os cattle car cabooses           http://www.borhs.org/modelermag/BO_Modeler_6_2010_NovDec.pdf    Go down four or five pages and it will tell how it was built and on down is a picture of the car before it was rebuilt in the 70s.  so you can choose it you want to build as new or as rebuilt.  Or maybe one of each.
