What should I use for snow on my layout? Also, what could I use for snowploughs?

Permanent? Use Woodland Scenics Snow.

Any other ideas? I want more of something I can sprinkle on the tracks, y'know?

For snow plows I know that Bachmann used to make rotary snow plows but snow me and you are in the same boat
