When will the Bachmann ho scale SD70ACEs and ES44ACs be released and will they be released without sound?

According to the announcement, they will be shipped in September. Also, the announcement states they are all sound-value added. No mention of non-sound versions.

What ear the specs for these locos? I have 18" radius curves and I'd love to add these locos to my roster. Also are there pics of the production model out yet?

I would assume since Bachmann did not list the minimum radius that it will handle 18 radius as my SD45's and my other name brand SD70 handles them.
