Title: Auto-Reversing Set Crossing Standard EZ set

I'm working on a new layout and would like to incorporate the Bachmann Auto-Reversing set for a trolley in my town. Will the Auto Reversing set still function properly if it crosses a standard EZ track using a 90º crossing?

I would guess no, it wouldn't be compatible.

It appears to be a dedicated track system.
The 90 degree crossing is not of that system.
I do not know if it would cause damage to the system (short?)

It's a good question.
Is it possible to modify the crossing?

It will if you connect the under track contacts with a wire bridge.

So connect the two auto-reversing pieces underneath the standard 90º piece?
