I'm going to add a freight yard to my layout and need advice on what switches or turnouts I'll need. I use all EZ track on my layout. The area will be 18" wide and 8' long. I'd like to get as many tracks as possible for this width. Anyone give me an idea of what turnouts, etc to use. Thanks to all in advance.
i would use the #5s for your yard. you should be able to get 5 or 6 tracks of usable length.
