Does anyone know where I can buy E-Z track 1 piece of each. Instead of buying whole packs of four?

I have definitely seen EZ-track available on ebay and online by the individual piece but it is not cost effective. In the end you are much better off just buying whole packages. When people list EZ track by the piece the price per piece is usually much higher than buying the whole package. For instance say you can buy a pacakge of 4 pieces of a certain curved radius track for $20, the seller that sells individual pieces will not charge you only $5 a piece, he will charge you $7 a piece and then you will have to pay shipping as well, and shipping on 1 piece is the same cost as the package of 4.
try hobbytown usa. they sell 9' straights, and 18r and 22r curves by the piece, in both steel and nickel silver.
I would stay away from steel.

Definitely. You also have a much larger variety of available pieces in nickel silver.
