I ordered a N scale FM h 16 44 shell from Bachmann and it was send out the next day. I ordered it Wednesday the 18th and got it today Monday the 23d. I wish all service/parts departments worked this fast.

I, like RGW, have nothing but praise for the Bachmann Service Department, over the years I have ordered motors, drive shafts, drivers and gears, all have been posted the day after ordering and received usually within 3 days. This includes G and N Scales.

I have to agree. I got an old steam loco that was passed down when my dad died last year and I couldn't get it to run. Sent it in for repairs and because they don't make that model anymore they are sending me a new loco for the $25 repair fee. You can't beat that with a 10ft pole. Thanks again Bachmann
