Why is it that the repair man to fix five of my Spectrum 2-8-0 are telling me for a year now they are still waiting for the parts. Should I go buy some other brand new locos, so that when repairs are needed I won't have to wait a year.?? Why is it taking so long to get the parts. >:( >:( >:( I'm not happy at all. anybody please do tell.

Thanks for that number. it is an automated press this for this and press that for that, and not anywhere where I needed to go. However that isn't the right one for this. I was referred to 800 356-3910, but cant seem to get an answer there. will keep trying. Thanks.
ray you need to call 1-800-356-3910 ext 304 and ask for LAURA HARRIS ,customer service manager. she has helped me on numerous ocassions and is a very caring &helpfull individual. explain your problem ,i am sure if their are no parts she will send a replacement loco if still under warranty.she has resolved a few of my issues over the yrs. trust this helps you.
