Can someone explain, or send me a u-tube on how to install the chip inside a HO Birney Trolley to convert to analogue. Does the body pull off? Does anything get removed? Many Thanks

Thank You Hunt! Runs smooth and illuminated in the analogue mode. I have another Spectrum Trolley, a Los Angeles HO Peter Witt Street Car, item #84605 equipped with DCC, and I converted that to analogue as well. I really like the lights, interior and exterior running in this mode. They are bright and even with the unit in the stopped position, the lights are dimmed, but they are on. Thanks again Hunt.
