Title: Sound value Alco RS-3 head lights won't change intensity. Reverse/forward

My sound value RS-3 will not change light intensity when switching from forward to reverse, stays same intensity both directions. I have set CV8 to a value of 8 again to see if it would change but it did not. Runs perfect otherwise.
