Can these be used using EZ command and reversing swiches on function 10 for analog engines?

Would you be talking about the #44912 E-Z Command®   Automatic Reversing Loop Module?  If so, the answer is no.

DCC and dc locomotives define "forward" in different ways.  For a DCC locomotive, "forward" means the front of the locomotive going first, independent of track polarity.  For a dc locomotive, "forward" means that the right hand rail is positive.  So an auto reverser, which works by changing track polarity, keeps a DCC locomotive from creating a short circuit but does not affect its direction.  But it causes a dc locomotive to immediate reverse direction.
