Title: Gp-9 reference diagram for removal of DCC chip replace ment??

does any one have a copy of the above reference sheet that they can email me??

Just as an FYI, it is not the best idea to post an email address like that.
As far as replacing the DCC decoder, it might vary a bit depending on if this is the sound or regular DCC model.

it is regular DCC!!
I just want to know how the shell to get @ the chip to replace it???

There are reference documents available in the service section of the website for the HO GP7 which is basically the same as the GP9 (assembly-wise).
Basically remove the screw holding the Fuel tank in place on the bottom of the loco. Remove the Fuel tank and then remove the two screws underneath of it. Remove the screws holding the couplers in place and then remove the couplers. The shell will now lift off.
