How do I make a a max 15 inch wide oval track?  What do I need curve wise?

The sharpest curve in N-scale EZ-Track is 11.25" radius, making a 22.5" circule measured center track to center track. The sharpenst "standard" N-scale sectional track is 9.75" radius, giving a 19.5" circle.

The only sectional N-scale track I'm aware of that will make an oval that tight is the Kato "Compact" line. Curves are 6" radius, giving a 12" center-to-center circle. Finding locomotives and rolling stock that can handle curves that tight could be a problem.
