Hello.
I am talking about coaches Bachmann Spectrum 89322, 89324, 89326....

About this, anyone knows if such cars are lighted or can be easily lighed. Also, if they run smoothly on a H0 layout with medium radius curves.

Yes, they are lighted. Minimum 22" radius curves are recommended, bigger is better with passenger cars. A have a similar set in a different road name, and they operated very nicely on my layout when it was set up. On one car, I did have to clean some flash out of one truck to get it to roll smoothly when I first got it. The others were fine right out of the box.
