I recently purchased the EZ Command Plus and struggling to understand the functions to turn on lights, bells and other sounds. I am using DCC trains. I have downloaded the online document and decided to reach-out to see if there are other resources available.

From my experience this is the best resource for Bachmann Controllers. Just understand that a lot of the responders on this site may have moved on to the more professional DCC controllers, and Bachmann may or may not respond to queries regarding any questions. For that you would need to go directly to their parts/repair dept.
As for me, I've learned an enormous amount of information on this site and I still have and use Bachmann DCC, DC controllers and their support components.
