I recently purchased a Bachmann 4.4.0 locomotive.  It looks a lot like the "Jupitor", but it has 10 white stars on a blue strip on the tender and smoked windows on the cab. THe tender has a black sticker with the number K121206.  I have looked for the model but can't seem to find anything that matches. Any help would be appreciated.

I did find this locomotive online, but not under Bachmann. It was part of a Hawthorn VIllage Civil War train set.

Hawthorne Village train sets are Bachmann sets in custom paint jobs exclusively for Hawthorne Village. There was a Union set and a Confederate set. The locos in both are Jupiter/119 motor in the tender 4-4-0's. This is the Union loco:
