I have 14 of these turnouts (combination of left and right) and ordered one more, the Bachmann DCC Turnout Right Item #44131 for my layout. I have successfully programmed the 14 previous turnouts with no difficulty, but the last one I received just this past week won't program properly. Can I return it and get a replacement? If so, how do I go about that?
