Dear Roy,
Simply place them on thhe  track and apply power. We make two versions; the ball bearing units go under drive wheels while the others go under the wheels that are unpowered, such as tender trucks.
Have fun!

How many in a package?  what is the height from railhead to top of rollers?  I have a bunch of Accucraft ball-bearing rollers and want to add the non-BB supports.
