does anyone know if they still make the bachmann 0-6-0t?

You will find some on ebay. There are some good dealers. Products come and go quite rapidly now. When stuff is shipped from China, I assume a certain amount is sent and that is the end until the next production run. Maybe no more runs. Just a WAG. The market has changed a lot.
Some companies want us to buy asap. They have a different product on the drawing board and they want to keep peoples attention.

Yeah, the 0-6-0ts go for 85 dollars often and as for what you stated athearn especially, I just need that challenger to stay out until january...

I think Trainworld sells them for either $30 or $40..... give them a look.
