Anybody out there got a Spectrum DD40AX shell they would like to sell? Undecorated preferred, but not required.

There are a few DD40 Athearns on ebay, but no Spectrum DD40AX. That shell is 1.5" longer than the Athearn! I got a messed up shell I need to replace on one of my units.

Well I don't own anything to do with the DD series, sorry.
Good luck on the finding.

All, the DD40 (alleged) locos that Athearn produces or produced are actually DD35As!   Bachmann produced a much more true to scale DDA 40X.  Aline had some about a year ago but have not been able to restock any bodies since.  the DD35A was manufactured with GP 35s and the DDA 40X used the cab from an F40 or F45.  Just a little FYI.   Stephen
