Title: Help, Flea Market Find (Williams N&W 1218)

 I am not into trains at all, but recently I bought a
train at a flea market, because it looked like a good deal.
It is a Williams N&W 1218, Class A,  2-6-6-4
BS 11 (2rail). I have no idea what any of this means.
Does anybody know what it could be worth?

Nice loco. My brother has the H O version from BLI.
