Title: Dear Bach Man
Post by: spikeblue129 on November 25, 2008, 01:56:20 PM
I was just looking online and I accidently clicked on one of the order buttons. The order seemed to have gone through instantly without asking me to confirm. I tried to contact someone at your company and I keep getting machines. I would like some help!  I already have one of these and I don't need another at $120.   Please let me know what to do

Try 215-533-1600.  That should be the switchboard.  They should be able to connect you to the correct department.

Dear Spike,
Unless you also accidentally listed a credit card, you have no worries!
Have fun!

On some sites you have to click the "Buy Now" or "Order" button, or place in the cart, just to find out the "too low to advertise" price.

You would have to "accidentally" enter your name, address, phone number, credit card information, then "accidentally" confirm everything.

Or you could just send a email, with questions on prices..  That happened to me.  I paid for the items, but WILL NOT go that route again....

Thay is why I clear all history and cookies, private data regularly. In fact I never log into a site until ready to do business. Same with forums. As soon as I finish, I log out. No heartburn.
