Title: bachmann decoder defaults
Post by: pdlethbridge on December 10, 2008, 03:22:22 AM
I noticed that the Soundtraxx decoders have a pdf file that you can download for cv's.  I also noticed the set up instructions for the regular 2 function decoders which have some cv's listed. Would that be all the cv's for the 2 function decoder or are there more somewhere else?

If that's the decoder you are referring to, then, yes.....those are the supported CV's listed. There are no "hidden" ones. The Bachmann 2 function is a very basic decoder.

There is a manual for the sound decoder that is in a factory equipped loco. This link is from the Bachmann Product Reference.

This link is from SoundTraxx.

There are a few less sound features than the decoder you put in from SoundTraxx yourself.
