Does anyone have any reccomended DCC system?

There are many good system available.  What is best for you depends heavily on the characteristics of your layout and how it will be run.

If you ask 10 different modelers, you will most likely get 10 different preferences.

My suggestion would be to buy a copy of "The DCC Guide" by Don Fiehmann, Kalmbach number 12417.  There is a section called "Selecting a System", that has pictures and feature comparisons for 10 popular models of Digital Command Control Systems. 

Here is a quote from the chapter heading:
"You'll make the best decision....if you first consider your needs. Think about the size of your layout, number of operators, and the features that are important to you"....

The book has over 110 photos and diagrams, I think it is a "must have" for anyone seriously considering DCC.

I just picked this site at random, a local hobby shop should have the book in stock.
