i am having a problem w/my shay 7yrs old. had to change rear truck. shay stops on its own then starts up with a change in direction or alittle help. any suggestion

Dear Sack,
Make sure you didn't short out the contacts at the top of the new truck. Then put a little conductive lube on the pickups.
